Mr ONG Yong Hwee is the General Manager of CEO Search & Services.

A first class mechanical engineer by training from the University of Birmingham, England, Mr Ong began his career in the Singapore Economic Development Board in 1982 as a Senior Industry Officer involved in industry development & investment promotion. He joined National Iron & Steel Mills Ltd in 1986 and was involved in business development. From there, Mr Ong joined Intercontinental Executive Search & Services (originally called Boyden Singapore before 1988) as Senior Managing Associate cum Business Development Manager, before he set up his own headhunting business.

Mr Ong also enjoys discussions on various topics pertaining to business, management, recruitment and entrepreneurship. His articles have been published in the Singapore newspapers (see Published Articles for listing and viewing).
