A candidate's references are taken in a professional manner and with the full knowledge and consent of the candidate.

We carry out each and every assignment with integrity and commitment, and balance the acts of thoroughness and urgency in accordance with the requirements of our clients.

Objectivity

We act solely on behalf of the hiring companies (and not for candidates) and can therefore practice true objectivity in presenting suitable candidates to clients.
